We are currently recruiting for a friendly and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food and drinks, and working as part of a busy and supportive team.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and taking food and beverage orders

Preparing and serving coffee, tea, snacks, and other menu items

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming café environment

Maintaining the cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen, and dining areas

Restocking food, beverages, and café supplies as required

Assisting with opening and closing café procedures

Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times

Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally

Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient café operations

Operating tills and processing transactions accurately when required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in hospitality, a coffee shop, retail, or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards

A positive and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Passion for delivering excellent customer service
