Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team in Walthamstow, London, E17 . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy coffee shop within a college environment, leading by example and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Job Description
As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop, ensuring excellent standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Taking control of a busy coffee shop within a college environment
Managing daily supplies, stock levels, and ordering requirements
Serving customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
Supporting management with the smooth running of the operation
Supervising and supporting team members during service
Delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Operating tills and handling cash and card transactions accurately
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Monitoring stock rotation and minimising waste
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks
Experience delegating responsibilities and supporting team members
Strong organisational skills
Cash handling and till operation experience
Ability to work confidently in a busy environment
Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Enhanced DBS check required
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
