By accessing or using the Tarve platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Tarve provides a platform for searching visa-sponsored jobs in the UK, tracking applications, building CVs, and scoring them with AI. We verify employers against the UK government's register of licensed sponsors.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or automated access our platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Tarve and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your CV content remains yours.

7. Disclaimer

While we verify employer sponsor licence status against the UK government register, we do not guarantee that any specific job will result in visa sponsorship. Job listings are provided for informational purposes. Always verify sponsorship availability directly with the employer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
