As a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon), you’ll:
Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilise advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.
Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with paid search, including 2 years focused on marketplaces.
Proven proficiency with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, and Pacvue.
Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting on metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and strategies.
Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience within a team setting.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
