We’re looking for a driven individual to join our female health team as Operations Associate in Patient Care. We are looking for someone passionate about the category and ready to tackle the toughest problems in patient services and operations to support women on their menopausal journey.

We want to provide the best service to women going through this journey - and we need a proactive individual ready to dive into the front line of patient care. The role has dual functionality - we need someone ready to switch between answering queries from patients to working on dedicated operational projects to enhance the patient experience. You’ll be on the front line speaking to our patients and working cross functionality with the rest of the menopause team to build operational improvements. You are someone excited to work in a fast-paced environment, can stay calm under pressure, and does not shy away from problem solving in ambiguous environments.
