A role in our team offers a welcoming, supportive environment where your contribution truly matters. Each day brings variety and purpose: you'll handle and organise incoming and outgoing mail, respond to emails promptly, speak with patients, carers and colleagues over the phone, process referrals, book appointments for the clinical team, arrange home visits, maintain supplies, and carry out a range of general administrative tasks that keep the service running smoothly.
You'll be based in a friendly office setting, working closely with our podiatrists to ensure their clinical day flows effortlessly. From coordinating referrals and appointments to providing practical support throughout the day, you'll play a key part in helping them deliver excellent patient care.
