Main duties of the job
Join the Organisational Development Team at UHS and help create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
We are pleased to be recruiting a Workplace Adjustments advisor to lead and coordinate adjustment support across the Trust. This newly established role is central to our commitment to inclusion, ensuring colleagues with disabilities can access the support they need to succeed at work.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a key inclusion priority for the Trust. You will play a vital role in reducing barriers, improving employee experience and helping us create an environment where every individual feels valued, supported and able to reach their full potential.
