Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end warehouse operation at our Hellaby site, ensuring materials, packaging and finished products are available where they need to be, when they need to be there, and in the right condition.

You'll be responsible for creating a safe, efficient and high-performing operation that supports both site and customer requirements. Leading and developing the warehouse team, you'll provide clear direction, build capability and drive a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic thinking. You'll use your understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution to improve processes, enhance service levels and deliver strong performance across safety, quality, stock accuracy and cost. Working closely with teams across the site, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, solve operational challenges and ensure the warehouse is equipped to respond to changing business needs.

We're looking for a confident and hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and continuously improving the way a warehouse operates. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on performance, service and culture within a critical site function.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 5%)

KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service

Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel

KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support

Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

Providing overall leadership of the warehouse function, ensuring the safe, efficient and effective receipt, storage, movement and despatch of materials and finished goods while maintaining high service standards

Driving operational performance

Managing warehouse capacity, stock accuracy, product traceability and inventory control, ensuring materials are available to support Production and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Leading and developing your team

Improving processes and performance

Using operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, resolve root causes and enhance overall warehouse performance
