Join our snack-loving team

We're looking for a Testing Manager to join KP Snacks as part of a major transformational IT programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead testing activities across a complex ERP transformation, helping to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working across our business.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

The role will lead testing across a complex ERP transformation spanning six manufacturing sites, UK headquarters functions, third-party logistics operations and business processes within a global programme environment. Working across multiple functions, systems and stakeholder groups, you will play a critical role in ensuring solutions are fully tested, business risks are minimised and colleagues are ready for deployment.

Working closely with UK and Group stakeholders, you'll help shape the testing strategy, drive execution and ensure the programme delivers successful business outcomes.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 10%), plus a £7,500 car allowance plus KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service

Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support, plus access to the EV Car Scheme

Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

Lead testing delivery across the UK programme

Ensure all testing activities are planned, resourced, executed and reported effectively throughout the project lifecycle

Shape and refine the testing strategy

Work closely with the Group team and UK programme leadership to help develop and evolve the testing strategy, ensuring it reflects UK business priorities, process complexity, operational risks and deployment objectives

Lead end-to-end business process testing

Ensure proposed ERP solutions are validated against operational requirements and support effective execution of critical business processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Commercial operations

Ensure comprehensive test coverage

Drive integration, end-to-end and business process testing across ERP and connected applications, ensuring all critical scenarios are validated

Collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders

Partner with workstream leads, site teams, project colleagues, third-party providers and Group stakeholders to coordinate testing activities and drive successful outcomes

Manage defects, risks and issues

Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues, ensuring defects are prioritised, tracked and resolved effectively

Support organisational readiness and adoption

Partner closely with Business Change, Training and workstream teams to ensure testing activities support colleague readiness, adoption and successful deployment

Provide clear governance and reporting

Track progress, report status, highlight risks and ensure programme leadership has clear visibility of testing performance and readiness
