Every activity is tailored to the individuals interests, helping them live life to the fullest and achieve their personal goals.The person you will be supporting is a gentleman who has a diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome and Depressive Disorder. He is highly independent and values maintaining control over his daily life while having consistent support available when needed. The role is focused on promoting wellbeing, encouraging community engagement, providing emotional support, and helping him to maintain his independence.

Main duties of the job

Previous experience in a care or support role preferred

A Full UK driving licence

A Full UK driving licence and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK are required. Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred. Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 are offered.
