Job summary
Winter brings unique challenges to our healthcare system. We are seeking resilient, adaptable, and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team during this peak period. This fixed-term role is designed to provide critical support Trust wide across our acute wards, ensuring our patients continue to receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care throughout the winter months.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Manage acute admissions and facilitate safe, timely discharges. Administer medications accurately in line with professional standards. Collaborate seamlessly with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT). Respond calmly and effectively to changing clinical priorities.
