Clinical Nurse Specialist Breast Cancer | Murrayfield Hospital - Edinburgh | Permanent | Part Time | 22 hours per week | Band 6
Spire Murrayfield Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part Time Clinical Nurse Specialist Breast Cancer to join their team on a permanent basis. We are keen to invite an experienced nurse to provide expert support and care coordination for patients throughout their breast cancer pathway.

Main duties of the job
Duties and responsibilities;
- Acting as the patient's main point of contact
- Providing information about diagnosis, treatment options, and side effects
- Offering emotional and psychological support to patients and families
- Coordinating care between surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, GPs, and other professionals
- Supporting patients during systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT), surgery, radiotherapy, and follow-up care
- Facilitating access to support services, benefits advice, rehabilitation, and support programmes
