Role description

We’re Hiring: SOC Supervisor!

📍 Location: Waltham Cross, EN8 8YD

💰 Pay: £18.00 per hour

📅 Hours: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SOC professional to join Securitas as an SOC Supervisor , supporting a globally recognised technology client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Security Operations Centre, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across ARC, Communications, and Dispatch functions, while driving operational excellence and outstanding customer service🛡️

Leading a team of skilled customer service operators, the SOC Supervisor will play a key role in performance management, staff development, and fostering a culture of excellence. The position also involves managing team recruitment and onboarding, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring service levels are consistently met within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence

Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch

Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service

Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations

Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager

Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide

Support and stand in for absences of operational supervisors as needed

What we’re looking for:

A valid SIA licence

CCTV licence

Managerial experience

SOC/Data Centre experience

Reliable and trustworthy

The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history

Team player

Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
