We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape how AI-powered experiences are designed and delivered across and beyond our core products. You’ll work end to end from early discovery through to production, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research and senior stakeholders.

A key part of this role is designing journeys that begin outside our owned surfaces and continue seamlessly into our products. You’ll explore how users interact with AI in different contexts and define how those experiences connect into coherent, trusted end-to-end journeys.

You’ll bring structure to ambiguous problems, prototype ideas with engineers, and design interactions that help users understand and act on non-deterministic outputs in a regulated environment.

Reporting into the Product Design Lead, you’ll contribute to design direction in this area, helping establish patterns, improve consistency, and raise the quality of work across teams.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insight into clear problems and design direction

Shape complex, ambiguous problem spaces, defining priorities, success measures, and appropriate scope

Design end-to-end journeys across AI-assisted experiences, including those that span multiple entry points and surfaces

Create prototypes to explore interaction patterns and validate ideas with users and engineers

Apply a strong product and business lens, balancing user needs, technical constraints and regulatory requirements

Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products within in-house cross-functional teams

Strong portfolio demonstrating your craft across interaction design, visual design and prototyping

You actively use AI in your design workflow alongside tools like Figma to accelerate thinking, prototyping and delivery, with clear judgement on when and how to apply it

Experience designing complex, multi-touchpoint systems and bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces

Experience planning and running research and applying insights to decisions

Understanding of designing for conversational and non-deterministic systems

A considered and ethical approach to AI, including trust, transparency and appropriate use
