ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Nurse (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your leadership skills to make sure our residents get the quality care we're known for. We'll look to you to be a hands-on clinical leader that creates a safe and supportive environment for our residents with a range of mental and physical needs. You'll use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, from assessing the needs of a new resident to implementing safeguarding policies and administrating medicines in line with NMC regulations. As part of your wide range of responsibilities, you'll support and mentor your team to make sure they have the clinical training they need to deliver the highest standards of nursing. Main duties of the job
