Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments. An up-to-date knowledge on most recent clinical practices. Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience working with older people and mentoring newly qualified nurses.
