This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact across a growing organisation. This role is based full time in our Southampton office. Youll provide highquality financial analysis, support strategic decisionmaking, and oversee the delivery of management accounting activities. Youll work closely with the Senior Accountant and lead the work of our Management Accountants, helping to drive accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement across the function.   • Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues
