Role description

We have a new opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Southampton HR Team on a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for acting as a first point of contact for all employees, providing support to the HR Business Partners to ensure employee relations processes run smoothly and efficiently, and supporting HR specialist team
