Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

We're currently looking for an experienced Healthcare assistant to join our busy Gastroenterology and General medicine ward.

You'll be part of a supportive, values - led team committed to delivering safe, high quality care. We welcome individuals who are hard working, kind and eager to learn.

Applications are welcome from individuals who may not meet all of the desired experience criteria. In such cases, candidates may be appointed to a band 2 position, with the opportunity for progression upon successful completion of additional skills training,

• Visa sponsorship is unlikely to be offered for this role.
• Where there is a sufficient pool of suitably qualified candidates who do not require sponsorship, the Trust will normally appoint from this group of applicants.
• Sponsorship will generally only be considered in exceptional circumstances where the role is particularly difficult to recruit to and no suitable non-sponsored candidates are available.

Summary

In most circumstances, this vacancy is expected to be filled by a candidate who does not require visa sponsorship.
