The job offers a competitive hourly wage and various benefits including a refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Agincare is looking for a committed individual who has a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and has completed Level 2 Health & Social Care (or is working towards Level 3). The role requires a caring, confident team player with leadership qualities who can work 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Responsibilities include delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents, administering medication safely, and leading activities.
