What we offer: £13.46 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000) Outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 Blue Light discount package Company pension scheme On-demand pay Were looking for: Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) 1 x Days 36 hours per week contract , including alternate weekends 1 x Nights 36 hours per week contract, including alternate weekends A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities Your role: Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence Administer medication safely and accurately Contribute to and review care plans Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
