📍 Location: Hayes, UB3 4QR
💰 Pay: £21.09 per hour
📅 Hours: Average 30 hours a week - week1 - 2 Days \ week2 - 3 Days

Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
Adhere to and apply the Screening Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Require datacentre personnel to utilise metal detection and/or wand for secure area access
Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel
Perform hand-held wand searches and walk-through metal detection searches
Follow safe work practices and be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety. Notify superiors of any unsafe working conditions
Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company
Monitor traffic flow through screening checkpoints

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
Proven experience in datacentre operations or equivalent security industry experience; or equivalent experience in forces/services
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
Must have a valid driving licence
Must have a SIA Licence
Should be contactable days, nights and weekends for short notice cover
Good fitness levels
Reliable and great team player
Great customer service skills (white glove attitude)
Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
