Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly forward thinking and innovative team for 6 sessions working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1st January to 31st March 2027.
Main duties of the job
- Morning and afternoon surgeries- mix of face to face and telephone appointments.
- Home visits allocated according to continuity of care and fairly distributed amongst the clinical team
- Daily workflow of own patient list and that which you generate.
- Work alongside our multi professional team including Practice Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic Practitioners, Physician Associate, and a wide range of nursing team professionals.
- Liaising with external health care professionals
- Contribute to our excellent QOF performance
- Equitable share of duty doctor days
- 15 minute appointments

We have 8 GP Partners, 10 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 2 Paramedic Practitioners, a Physician Associate and a skilled nursing, pharmacy and administration team plus a broad range of established allied healthcare professionals working as part of our well-functioning Goldstone PCN.
