We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at the Brookwood Families Shop . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing

Supervising the day-to-day operation of the retail unit

Maintaining stock rotation processes and ensuring stock levels are effectively managed

Placing orders and monitoring deliveries to ensure product availability

Supporting and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service

Carrying out barista duties and preparing hot beverages to a high standard

Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store

Monitoring product displays and ensuring the shop is presented to an excellent standard

Supporting stock counts and inventory management

Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and operational standards are maintained

What we're looking for

Previous retail experience or experience in a similar role is desirable

Full training will be provided

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate team members

Good organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Basic numeracy and stock control skills

A flexible and positive approach to work

Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment

Additional Requirements

Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
