Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Weekend Retail Assistant to join our team in Northwood, Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in maintaining high standards within a retail setting.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks .

What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors
Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well presented
Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
Supporting promotional activities and product displays
Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages where necessary
Following all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the shop
What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Flexibility to work weekends and support the team during busy periods
