Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including a mixture of shifts and weekends
Contract: Part Time
Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Northwood . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and being part of a supportive and professional team.

A supportive and inclusive working environment
What you'll be doing
Serving customers and providing a friendly and professional service
Processing payments accurately through the till system
Keeping shelves fully stocked and displays looking attractive
Receiving deliveries and managing stock levels
Monitoring product availability and reporting stock shortages
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy retail environment
Following food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
Supporting the opening and closing of the retail unit
Assisting with merchandising and promotional displays
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Full training will be provided
Comfortable working as part of a team and occasionally on your own
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to work
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation
Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Must be able to successfully pass full security vetting
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DBS check
