Location: Crumlin, BT29 4BN

Hours: 18 hours per week

Working Pattern: Saturday and Sunday

Contract: Part Time

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Crumlin . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a retail unit.

What you'll be doing

Serving customers and processing payments accurately

Keeping shelves fully stocked and displays looking great

Receiving deliveries and managing stock levels

Monitoring product availability and reporting shortages as required

Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy workspace

Following food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

Supporting the opening and closing of the retail unit

Assisting with merchandising and promotional displays

Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day retail operations

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential

Full training will be provided

Comfortable working as part of a team and occasionally on your own

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Positive and reliable approach to work

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Flexible in all aspects of working rosters, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays

Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment

Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation

Additional Requirements

Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years

Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Must be able to successfully pass full security vetting

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DBS check
