Graysons are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Team Member to join our team at the Colonnade Restaurant, Bristol Beacon, BS1 5AR . This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring food and beverage service is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner

Assisting with restaurant set-up and clear-down

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout front-of-house areas

Supporting the wider team during busy service periods

Handling customer queries and requests in a positive and professional manner

Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

Helping to create a memorable dining experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year's hospitality experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, professional, and approachable manner

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

Ideally fully flexible to work a variety of shifts across the week

Reliable and punctual approach to work
