<p><strong>Make a real difference to people\'s recovery and independence. </strong></p><p>Join our dedicated Interdisciplinary Team and play a key role in supporting individuals to regain confidence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals following illness, injury, or stroke.</p><p>We are seeking a compassionate and motivated <strong>Rehabilitation Assistant </strong>to join us on a <strong>full-time basis (37.5 hours per week)</strong>. Based at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, you will work alongside therapists and other healthcare professionals to support the assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised rehabilitation programmes.</p><p>The role includes a <strong>6-month rotational placement between Swindon Intermediate Care Centre and the Community Stroke Team</strong>, providing a varied and rewarding opportunity to develop your skills across both inpatient and community settings.
