We're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our UK delivery team.
About the Role
As an Experienced Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of SaaS implementation, upgrade, and change projects for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Working closely with Business Analysts, technical delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party partners, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.
This is a highly visible role where you will drive delivery excellence, build trusted client relationships, and help customers realise value from their technology investments.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the role, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, upgrade, and change projects across multiple customer accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
Coordinate internal delivery resources, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers
Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive stakeholder updates
Provide day-to-day oversight and prioritisation across a portfolio of project and BAU activities
Identify and manage changes in scope before they impact delivery outcomes
Support quality assurance of business requirements and specifications prior to customer sign-off
Drive strong project governance, reporting, and communication throughout delivery
