Role description

As a Project Manager in our core Technology team, you will play a critical part in delivering Greene King’s ambitions through the planning, management, and execution of IT Projects and Changes. You will have a strong background in Project Management based on modern technologies and industry best practices.

As Project Manager, you will… Own and manage the delivery of IT Projects and changes.

Create and manage Project Plans, ensuring that Projects are delivered on time, to budget, and of appropriate quality.

Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and owning them through to resolution.

Ideally you must be a driver - some travelling to our sites will be a part of your job

Identify and manage internal and external project dependencies.

Deliver high-quality software solutions to enable development through internal and external partner resources.

Manage Business Stakeholders, building strong relationships, providing regular updates, and seeking direction where required

What you’ll bring… A demonstrable passion and drive for technology modernisation, delivery, and best practice.

Significant experience in managing the delivery of IT Projects and changes.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment
