USING ARTIFICAL TECHNOLOGY (AI) IN YOUR APPLICATION:

We encourage you to write your application in your own words, sharing your real experiences and achievements. The vast majority of applications we now receive are written using AI which makes applications generic, weakens applications, may be considered as misrepresentation and encourages those shortlisting to favour applications which are more personal and interesting. Please note that applications which clearly make heavy use of AI will not be shortlisted.

All applicants must disclose if they have used AI for their application.

Overuse of AI can:

  • Miss important parts of the job description
  • Sound generic and fail to show what makes you unique
  • Be unclear or misleading without careful editing
  • Include false claims about your skills and experience, one of which will be your communication skills

If you need reasonable adjustments due to a disability, you may use AI or other tools to help with your application.
