Main duties of the job
The Peripatetic Chef role at Barchester Healthcare offers an opportunity to balance work and life while playing a significant role in multiple care homes within the Maidstone region. As a Peripatetic Chef, you will support various teams in delivering fresh, high-quality food to residents. You will need a personable approach, an interest in resident wellbeing, and a thorough understanding of nutrition and kitchen management. With NVQs/SVQs or City & Guilds equivalent qualifications and up-to-date food hygiene knowledge, you will engage confidently with residents.
