As a People Systems, Data & Reporting Lead (FTC) , you will take strategic ownership of our people systems and data, ensuring they support a modern, efficient and compliant colleague lifecycle across the business. You’ll lead the optimisation of platforms, integrations and reporting, working closely with People, Technology and Operations teams to improve colleague and manager experience.

As People Systems, Data & Reporting Lead (FTC), you will…

Own and deliver the end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap and day‑to‑day performance of Greene King’s people systems and digital platforms

Ensure core HR systems, payroll integrations and data remain accurate, secure and compliant

Drive self‑service adoption and simplified colleague and manager journeys across the lifecycle

Lead vendor and commercial management, ensuring strong governance and value for money

Provide trusted people data, reporting and insight to support better decision‑making

Lead system change and continuous improvement with a strong focus on adoption and capability

What you’ll bring…

Senior experience leading HRIS or people systems in a complex, multi‑site organisation

Strong knowledge of HR platforms and integrated system ecosystems

Proven experience delivering large‑scale system change and optimisation

Confidence working with senior stakeholders across People, Technology and Operations

A data‑led mindset with a focus on insight, outcomes and colleague experience
