To provide customer focused people relations advice to managers and staff and to support the People Relations Adviser and Assistant Advisor on a range of employee relations issues, policies and employment law.

To actively support managers in sickness absence management including attendance at meetings.

Main duties of the job
To support the operational delivery of a range of HR services.
To work closely with the P&C Hub, providing expert advice relating to People Relations matters.
Support the management of Sickness Absence across the Trust by providing advice to managers, attending sickness meetings and analysing sickness data.
Maintaining relevant service activity databases and systems.
