Role description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

About the Role

As Nebius scales rapidly, we're building a program management office to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to how the People Team delivers. You will join a team that is transforming the People function for the next stage of growth.

As a People Program Manager, you will partner with leaders to deliver high-impact programs that shape the employee experience and support organizational growth. You will help design, implement, and scale programs related to performance management, change management, rewards, people operations, and other strategic People initiatives.

This role combines program management expertise with strong operational execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions, identify risks and dependencies, and help the People Team deliver complex programs on time and at scale.

What You’ll Do

Program Management & Execution

Manage a portfolio of initiatives of varying size and complexity, from planning through execution and post-launch assessment, including measuring outcomes against the original goals.

Build project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and communication strategies for key People programs, scaling the level of structure to the size and risk of each initiative.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives, and resolve conflicts in priorities and capacity before they affect delivery.

Drive cross-functional alignment with People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders, translating needs and constraints between teams to keep work moving.
