ABOUT THE ROLE As a Nursing Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to deliver outstanding care and support to our residents. You'll oversee the delivery of clinical care within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely and effectively, and regulatory standards are consistently achieved. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and developing colleagues, supporting continuous improvement and promoting best practice across the home. Main duties of the job

This includes overseeing clinical care delivery, ensuring up-to-date care plans, safe medication management, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will also focus on mentoring and developing colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and promoting best practices across the home. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, improving outcomes, and significantly enhancing residents' lives. The role requires current NMC registration, at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, strong clinical knowledge, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.
