About the RoleAs a Nursing Associate within Children's Services, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, holistic care to children and young people.Working alongside nurses, doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will:o Deliver compassionate, family-centred careo Monitor and assess patients using recognised paediatric assessment toolso Support the safe administration and management of medicines within your scope of practiceo Maintain accurate clinical records and documentationo Promote safeguarding and advocate for children and young peopleo Support healthcare support workers and students in their learning and developmento Help create a safe, welcoming and child-friendly environment for patients and families
