Role description

Job summary

The post holder provides essential administrative and data-entry support to the Major Trauma, Acute & Emergency, and Urgent Care teams. They assist with identifying, extracting and accurately entering trauma data into the National Major Trauma Registry (NMTR), supporting audit activity, governance processes and overall service improvement.

The post holder is additionally responsible for coordinating medical statements requested by the Police, including managing a dedicated statements mailbox, arranging the transfer of relevant records and liaising with clinicians and departments to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
