Role : L&B Bank Band 5 Community Nurse
Are you a Newly Qualified band 5 registered nurse or an experienced nurse that is looking for your next career move?
Do you want to make a difference? Then why not join the South Locality District Nursing Team in Tower Hamlets. We are looking for adult community registered nurses to cover a bank role within the Trust.
As a Bank Band 5 Community Nurse you will be providing high quality nursing care to patients who reside in the Luton and Bedfordshire area.
Main duties of the job
Our team is an established integrated service. This will give you the opportunity to work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Care Navigators, Mental Health Liaison Nurse and Psychologist. Our service is also supported by a team of experienced administrators. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the local General Practices, and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the health and social needs of this local population. The integration and collaboration of all these disciplines and services allows all new admissions to our service to have a clinically robust assessment and treatment plan, with an emphasis to promote independent living, that is holistic, evidence based and in line with all current Best Practice Guidelines. Support and development for staff in our service is one of our main goals.
