The Role

As IT Procurement & Asset Management Coordinator , you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our global IT Procurement and Asset Management function. You’ll take ownership of procurement administration, purchase orders and invoices, IT asset records and lifecycle activities, helping ensure processes run efficiently, records remain accurate and compliant, and our teams receive the support they need.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Experience using ticketing, service management or workflow systems to manage and prioritise requests

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel

Experience documenting processes or creating process maps

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks

A proactive, curious and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn

Experience working across different countries, cultures or time zones is an advantage

An interest in procurement, supplier management, commercial operations or IT asset management
