Package Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our CQC-registered Brook Street Learning Disability respite service in Bexley. Join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract with exciting potential for extension or a permanent opportunity for the right person. This is an exciting opportunity to take full operational leadership of a vital service, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working in close partnership with the London Learning Disability Locality Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring the people we support receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing and supportive environment. - Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a respite service, ideally within the Learning Disability sector.
- Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- A minimum of 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.
