The Role

The Business Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support commercial performance and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to analyse trends, optimize performance, and support growth initiatives across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse sales, market, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance trackers

Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and promotional effectiveness analysis

Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders

Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer and channel performance reviews

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data across systems and reports

Support ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional projects

Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical tools

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field

Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana)

2–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)

Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and KPIs

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods

Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)

International or multi-market exposure
