Main duties of the job
Provide a high standard of administrative support to the Workforce Team. To work under the direction of the HR Advisor and HR Manager, to assist in the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective workforce advisory service.
Working from the Trust's policies and procedures, provide basic advice and guidance to staff and line managers to resolve day to day workforce queries.
