Are you a passionate hospitality professional with leadership experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Hospitality Team Lead to join our team in Stratford . This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in delivering outstanding hospitality services within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing
Leading and motivating a hospitality team to deliver excellent customer experiences
Supporting the day-to-day operation of hospitality and catering services
Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and company standards are consistently met
Assisting with staff training, induction, and ongoing coaching
Coordinating hospitality bookings and ensuring events are delivered to a high standard
Managing stock, ordering, and controlling wastage where required
Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving issues effectively
Supporting management with operational and administrative duties
About you
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service leadership
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts across the week
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
