Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager within Barchester Healthcare, you will lead in delivering person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people. Barchester empowers managers with a clear framework and autonomy to manage their homes, alongside additional support and infrastructure. The role includes participation in the profit share scheme and potentially doubling your salary through performance bonuses. The role requires inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, organizational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management including marketing and occupancy.
