Essential

• Inspirational leadership skills, passion for person-centred care, successful track record in developing and motivating teams, organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing and occupancy, understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, ability to communicate at all levels, experience creating community links.
