ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you'll be expected to take a hands-on approach and actively participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the home. You will lead by example, demonstrating the high standards expected and ensuring these are consistently upheld across the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standard.
