Role description

We’re Hiring: Global Threat Intelligence Analyst!

📍 Location: London, WC1B 5EH

💰 Pay: £44,000 per annum

📅 Hours: 42 hours per week: Working 4 on, 4 off, rotating days & nights

The Global Threat Intelligence Analyst plays a key role within a fast-paced Global Operations Centre, helping to protect people, assets, information, and business operations worldwide. Working within a collaborative security environment, you will monitor emerging threats, assess risks, and support incident response activities, ensuring potential disruptions are identified and managed effectively. This varied and highly visible role as a Global Threat Intelligence Analyst, requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents and critical events. You will be responsible for monitoring intelligence feeds, escalating threats, supporting crisis management activities, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. Successful candidates will be analytical, detail-oriented communicators who thrive in a dynamic environment where safety, resilience, and informed decision-making are paramount

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Monitor and assess global security incidents, emerging threats and business risks

Identify, verify and escalate critical incidents impacting employee safety and operations

Track and account for personnel during security incidents, crises and emergency situations

Produce timely security alerts, advisories and threat intelligence updates for stakeholders

Conduct employee welfare checks and coordinate response efforts during critical events

Support track risk management processes, including the review and escalation of high-risk travel

Carry out research and analysis to support risk assessments and intelligence reporting

Create detailed incident reports, situational updates (SITREPS) and case documentation

Provide professional and responsive support to employees requiring security or emergency assistance

Liaise with internal teams, external partners and emergency services to coordinate effective incident response

Experience in intelligence, security operations, risk analysis, or incident management environments

Flexibility to work days & nights

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

Ability to remain calm, resilient, and decisive during emergencies and high-pressure situations

Customer-focused approach with the confidence to support individuals during critical incidents

The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history

Skilled in the use of IT equipment and willing to learn new software products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and timely updates
