Contract: Zero Hour Contract

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour

What you'll be doing

Serving food and beverages to customers

Cleaning back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery

Cleaning and tidying counters, preparation areas, light equipment, machines, and public areas

Performing basic cold food preparation and made-to-order food services

Restocking goods and ensuring merchandise displays are maintained to a high standard

Reporting customer feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, breakages, faults, and hazards to the line manager

Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records as required

Following food hygiene, food safety, and health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day catering and hospitality operations

Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all customers

What we're looking for

A positive and customer-focused attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Reliable and flexible approach to work

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
