We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for customers and visitors.

What you'll be doing
Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers and guests
Serving food, beverages, and refreshments to a high standard
Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas
Supporting hospitality and catering services as required
Assisting with the setup and clearing of service areas and events
Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
What we're looking for
A positive and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering, or customer service is desirable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional appearance and approach
